Wavetree are a Managed services company that provides IT and Hosting solutions across the UK

We implemented Acumatica with Cedar Bay in February 2024. The implementation was just over 3 months, but we moved from existing systems from which will pulled most of the data.

We have been growing steadily over a number of years and needed a system that integrated all of our functional areas. We implemented a complete solution, the first phase which covered finance, expense management, time recording and billing, service contract billing and purchasing. A few months later we added Helpdesk which manages all of our support activities with our customers.

The system is very functional and covers all of the aspects of the business, but is still very easy to use and gives us great visibility of the business. The help desk and ticket tracking is working well for us and having it fully integrated into the overall solution is a massive benefit. The dashboards deliver a lot of value as they highlight areas which need focus, this is especially important within the helpdesk software as it enables us to maintain high levels of customer service.

Implementing Acumatica has been a very good investment and with the our time and effort we put in we are confident that Acumatica was the right choice for our business. We believe it will continue to help us grow the business whilst keeping administrative overheads low
